The Company collects and processes personal data as necessary for it to manage all aspects of the business and we are committed to ensuring the security and protection of personal data that we process and to providing a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. We expect both the Controller, (a person who determines the purposes of personal data and the means of processing it), and the Processor, (a person who processes data on behalf of the Controller), to demonstrate compliance with GDPR in respect of personal data. Data will be stored securely in various ways including physical records, (paper copies), and electronic records, (IT systems, emails and so on).

The Company may share data internally within our business, where the data is necessary for others to perform their roles. We may also share data externally in relation to any legal obligations placed upon the business or within the scope of accepted business practices.

Data will be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed.
